Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships out. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).

Shipping

For US orders, we offer free shipping through USPS and UPS. Once in transit, orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days. For international orders, we ship through UPS Expedited or DHL, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days.

Insurance

All orders include shipping insurance and protection.

Shipping Liability

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility in transit. We cannot be held liable for:

• Lost or stolen packages
• Delivery delays or errors by the carrier
• Returned shipments due to incorrect address information

Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
