How Our Authentication Process Works

1. Verified by Our Trusted Suppliers
Our authentication process begins before an item reaches us. We work with established, trusted suppliers who carefully inspect each piece and verify its authenticity before it is sourced for our collections.

2. Carefully Reviewed by Our In-House Team
Once received, every item is personally examined by our experienced team. We review the details specific to its brand, style, and production period—including materials, craftsmanship, stitching, hardware, engravings, date codes, serial numbers, and other identifying features.

3. Independently Reviewed by Trusted 3rd Party Authenticators
As a final layer of assurance, each item is submitted to independent luxury authentication service LegitApp for an additional professional assessment. Only items that successfully complete all three stages are approved and listed for sale. Some products may come with their own COA's from other 3rd party authenticators like Entrupy, Authentic Detective, and B101revue.

In the very rare event that an item purchased from Couture Collective is determined to be inauthentic by a reputable third-party authentication service, we will provide a full refund of the original purchase price. Proof of the professional authentication result must be submitted for review.
