How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days and international orders arrive in 4-7 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for our US customers. International shipping costs depending on your country. You can add a product to your cart to see our shipping estimates.
I've placed an order, is it possible to change the shipping address?
Yes, changing the shipping address is possible as long as the order has not been fulfilled yet.
If you wish to proceed with changing the shipping address, please email us with the updated details and order number.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
At Couture Collective, we want you to find your dream bag. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item for store credit or an exchange, within 5 days of delivery. Please note that for returns, shipping is paid by the customer.
Please be sure to look at all the pictures provided for the bag you are interested in purchasing, after the exchange window closes we will no longer accept returns.
For Klarna orders, we accept returns and can offer a refund on unopened purchases. Please note that return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date.
Is it possible to exchange my product for a different one?
Can I cancel my order?
Our orders are final sale and generally cannot be cancelled. However, we are open to working with your situation. Please reach out to us through instagram or email us if you need to cancel an order. Note that cancellations will still be charged a fee for cancellation.

Are your bags authentic?
Yes! We carefully inspect and authenticate every item before listing. We only source from trusted suppliers and use a third-party to go through a second authentication process.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Most vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind, so once they’re gone, they’re gone. But we’re always sourcing new gems and occasionally are able to restock again, although its not guaranteed.
Do you do private sourcing?
While we don't do private sourcing, you are always welcome to send us your bag requests and we will do our best to source them for future drops.
